On Monday, November 19, the Adlai Stevenson Center on Democracy and Union League Club of Chicago invite you to attend a special a post-election analysis luncheon with American Enterprise Institute Resident Fellow and noted author and commentator Norman Ornstein, who will discuss "After The Midterms, What's Next?"

The Stevenson Center is pleased to partner with the Union League Club of Chicago to welcome Mr. Ornstein back to Chicago for our Nov. 19 luncheon, where he will offer his insights into the outcome of the midterm elections. In addition to his commentary, Mr. Ornstein will be signing copies of his most recent two books that will be available for purchase: One Nation After Trump, co-authored with E.J. Dionne, Jr. and Thomas E. Mann (2017) and It’s Even Worse than It Looks: How the American Constitutional System Collided with the New Politics of Extremism, also co-authored with Thomas Mann (2015).

Our event begins with registration and book signing at 11:30 a.m., followed by luncheon and the program at noon and adjournment by 1:30 p.m.; Mr. Ornstein will also be signing books following the luncheon. The cost of this event is $35 per person, plus an Eventbrite processing fee.

For those who wish to sponsor students to attend the luncheon, please select "Student Sponsored Ticket" on the Eventbrite registration page and purchase seats for one or more students. All student sponsors will receive a letter acknowledging their donation (a tax deductible contribution for federal income tax purposes) from the Stevenson Center.
